Reliable and very diligent in checking our visa requirements. We submitted our files on a weekday and went there at 10AM (opening) and we were accommodated immediately. We had to pay an additional 500 pesos per application due to missing requirement. However, this fee is deductible from your visa application fee once you submit the complete requirements. We went back around 2PM same day to submit the missing document and their office is already filled with applicants. So, I suggest going early if you can. A letter of acknowledgment is also needed if you are submitting a bank certificate from a digital bank.

I went here to file an application for a Japan tourist visa. Staff members were very helpful and patient. They diligently checked my documents and informed me right away about corrections I needed to make on my application. However the place gets packed on weekends. So it’s best to go here on weekdays. I got my Japan tourist visa just after two working days. Highly recommended!

My experience with Reli tour is the worst. Around 11am I gave my application forms, photos and passports to the two ladies at the receiving desks. They said my application forms(A4 size) are not using the correct size and I told them that I got that directly from the Japanese embassy website and they insisted to fill up a new set using their printed forms. I complied and filled up 4 sets for my family. They accepted my forms but rejected my photos because there's no names written, so I went back to the table and wrote our names. I went back to them and they said they still can't accept it because there's no birthdate indicated on the back of each photos. I wrote our birthdates and they finally accepted our forms and photos and gave us a number. We waited 3 hours for our number to be called and to my surprise the staff said I need an updated birth certificate of my youngest. Imagine the hours I lost only if those two ladies who did nothing but play candy crush on their mobiles would just do their job and assist people. To think that they even charge Php 500 "consultation fee" for this kind of service is truly fascinating. My best advice is to just go to Attic Tours which is right beside them. Attic charges a bit more but it's well worth it. P.S. to the two ladies at step 1 who gets mad when they get interrupted playing mobile games, please consider resigning.
